Hello my name is Greta Paradine Palmer and I welcome you to my web site promoting my lecturing service on decorated elephants.

I live in Northamptonshire and have travelled extensively through out Great Britain giving lectures to various Associations, Guilds and Institutes, including groups of school children.

Several years ago I worked towards a City and Guilds Creative Study course. One of the projects in Part II required research on an item of particular interest to me. I possessed a wooden elephant that had come from India. On the back was a beautiful carved cover and I decided this would be my research subject: Decorative trappings as worn by Indian elephants.

I have made many visits to India to gather research on the subject and I have based my lecture "Dressed to Impress" on the information gathered.

The lecture lasts for approximately 45 minutes followed by a short slide show. To make enquires regarding a lecture please email me.
